• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95 – 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: Via EMS – Free on orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after shipping

5.2 Shipping Areas

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. Shipping costs for these areas will be calculated at checkout.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once the carrier takes possession of your order, risk of loss or damage passes to you. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.4 International Orders

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.2 Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)

To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• All Travel Sizes products
• Opened or used products in these categories:
  • Shampoo & Conditioner (including Blonde Hair and Colouring care lines)
  • Lotions & Creams (including Styling Cream and Hair Growth treatments)
  • Paste & Clay, Pomade & Waxes (once seal is broken)
  • Liquid products in Litre & Large Sizes (if opened)

Unopened, factory-sealed products in the above categories may be returned within 15 days. Hair Accessories, Hair Brushes & Combs must be unused and in original packaging.

6.3 Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Item must be in original, unopened, resalable condition (unless defective)
• You must provide original proof of purchase
• Item must not be listed in the Non-Returnable Items section

6.4 Return Process

1. Initiate request via email to [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Package item securely in original packaging with all accessories
4. Include copy of RMA email inside package
5. Ship to provided address using trackable service

6.5 Refund Details

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless return is due to our error
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned item
• Refunds are issued to original payment method
• Discounted products are refunded at final purchase price

6.6 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product (e.g., faulty pump on Hair Spray) or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all shipping costs for return and replacement.
