  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time: This begins once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. The total delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and destination.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)

To uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards for our entire community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Travel Sizes: All travel-size products due to hygiene considerations and small-volume packaging.
  • Opened or Used Products in Specific Categories:
    • Shampoo & Conditioner (including Blonde Hair and Colouring care lines)
    • Lotions & Creams (including Styling Cream and Hair Growth treatments)
    • Paste & Clay, Pomade & Waxes (once the seal is broken)
    • Liquid products in Litre & Large Sizes (if opened)

Unopened, factory-sealed products in the above categories may be returned within the 15-day window.

Hair Accessories, Hair Brushes & Combs must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  • The return request is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, unopened, and resalable condition (unless defective).
  • You have the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
  • The item is not listed in the Non-Returnable Items section above.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the provided template below for clarity.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your RMA email inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions using a trackable shipping service.

    Shipping Cost Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our fulfillment center (typically within 10-15 business days for international returns), we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Timeline: Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The credit will appear on your statement based on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. Standard or free shipping rules apply.
  • Sale Items: Discounted products are eligible for a refund at the final purchase price.

Defective or Incorrect Items
