Our Return & Exchange Promise
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
- Travel Sizes (due to hygiene considerations and small-volume packaging)
- Opened or used products in the following categories:
- Shampoo & Conditioner (including specialized lines like Blonde Hair or Colouring care)
- Lotions & Creams (including Styling Cream, Hair Growth treatments)
- Paste & Clay, Pomade & Waxes (once seal is broken)
- Liquid products in Litre & Large Sizes (if opened)
Unopened, factory-sealed products in these categories may be returned within the 15-day window.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet these conditions:
- The request is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original, unopened, and resalable condition (unless defective).
- It is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
- It is not listed in the Non-Returnable Items section above.
- Hair Accessories, Hair Brushes & Combs must be unused and in original packaging.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the email template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Package Your Item Securely: Please repack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your RMA email inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our fulfillment center (typically within 10-15 business days for international returns), our team will inspect the item(s). We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The refund will appear on your statement based on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Exchange Processing: For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. Standard or free shipping (for orders over $50) will apply based on your selection.
Sale items and discounted products are eligible for refund at the final purchase price.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product (e.g., faulty pump on a Hair Spray or Shine Spray bottle) or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of such items.
