How to Use

Shampoo and condition hair. Alternatively, wet hair thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess moisture. If desired, comb then add a Color Wow Dream Cocktail prior to Dream Coat application. Section hair and spray Dream Coat Curly liberally until soaked, making sure to spray the under each section.  Air-dry or blow-dry using a diffuser. Reapply Dream Coat Curly on second day to refresh curls.
